Veriteco is the artist name of Mikio and Mariko Asada who make a living creating artwork on an island famous for art in the Seto Inland Sea. After starting their careers as a pattern maker and designer respectively, they moved to Kagawa from Tokyo and started working as Veriteco in 2007. They own a shop in Tokyo, and are active in hosting workshops, participating in craft fairs and events, and publishing their work in books and magazines.
