Happy Hank Co
The delightful Sai is the uber talented dyer behind the indie dyed label Happy Hank Co, our October Sisters Spotlight.
Sai hand dyes every skein from her home studio based in Bendigo. Her yarn is sourced from all over the world, from farms which practise mulesing-free and sustainable grading. As Sai says, "It makes us happy to know that our fibre comes from happy sheep who live in a happy place. It makes the end products and their stories that much more special."
Happy Hank Co. offers luxurious woolly goodies for all your knitting and crocheting project needs. Every skein of Happy Hank yarn is dyed by hand, with love and a lot of care in small batches. When her hands are not deep in the dye pots, Sai is an architect and a mother to a cheeky little boy. She also loves spending time knitting and sewing whenever she gets a chance.
All Happy Hank Co. yarn bases are sourced from ethically and sustainably grown fibre. Every effort is made to ensure that all processes in creating and sending out each Happy Hank yarn are as environmentally friendly and as waste-free as possible. And that makes us super-happy!
Happy Fibre + Happy Colours = Happy Making!
