Darning Mushroom

The by Skein Sisters Darning Mushroom is a traditional, easy-to-use tool for repairing holes and worn areas in your knitting, crochet or other fabrics, particularly socks!

Made from smooth bamboo timber with a classic red-and-white toadstool design. The detachable natural handle gives you a comfortable grip, while the rounded top provides the perfect surface to stretch fabric over while you darn.

Simply place the mushroom under the area to be mended, secure the fabric around the stalk, and use your favourite darning technique with needle and thread. At 10cm high and 5.1cm wide, it’s compact, ergonomic and easy to keep in your mending kit.
