ChiaoGoo TWIST Interchangeable Tips Sets come in a compact, zippered fabric case with labelled pockets for needles from 2.75mm-10mm. They also contain:

• cable connectors
• end stoppers
• T-shaped tightening keys
• stitch markers
• needle gauge.

TWIST & SPIN tips, cables and accessories are all compatible. 

Which size to choose?

Our recommendation for a Starter kit is the Small 13cm Set. It offers the needles in the most commonly used sizes and cables to match. 

• 10cm Tip Sets include 10cm stainless steel tips and three red cable lengths: 20cm, 35cm and 55cm (8″, 14″ and 22″) cables. Perfect if you have smaller hands and when you're knitting small circumferences in the round eg. sleeves, the neck on top down sweaters, baby wear.
• 13cm Tip Sets include 13cm stainless steel tips and three red cable lengths: 35cm, 55cm and 75cm (14", 22" and 30") cables. General purpose sets for all-round knitting.

Choose between the Small, Large, Complete or Mini Sets from the drop down menu. Price will vary depending on the Set selected.

• Small: Contains 2.75mm-5mm  (does not include 3mm); 3 Small Red cables. This is a great Starter Set. You can always add larger needles as you need them.
• Large: Contains 5.5mm-10mm; 3 Large Red cables. For those who love knitting thicker yarns.
• Complete: Contains 2.75mm-10mm (does not include 3mm); 6 Red cables (3 Small, 3 Large). The Ultimate Set! You'll always have the right needles on hand.
• Mini: The Sock Knitters Set. Contains five needles 1.5mm-2.5mm in either 10cm or 13cm long, three Mini cables. This set comes in a compact, black mesh pouch. (NB. The MINI system is not compatible with other ChiaoGoo Small [S] or Large [L] interchangeable systems without the use of adapters).

Note: To calculate the complete length of the cable created, add the cable length plus two needles. eg. 13cm tips + 55cm cable makes an 80cm cable. Tips 1.5mm-2.5mm use Mini cables; 2.75mm-5mm use Small cables; 5.5mm-10mm use Large cables.
