Buttons
The last thing you sew on, and the first thing anyone notices. Our buttons come in tiny hearts, bees, birds, ladybirds and flowers – the small detail that turns a finished cardigan into something people ask you about.

The last thing you sew on
A handmade cardigan deserves better than whatever came in the packet. Buttons are the one part of a project you choose entirely for yourself, and they are what makes a garment yours – a small bee at the neck, a row of ladybirds down a child’s jacket.
Ours are little, characterful and made to be looked at closely. They suit baby knits and children’s cardigans especially well, though nobody here would blame you for putting bees on a grown-up jumper. Sizes are small, so check the measurements against your buttonholes before you commit.
If you are matching buttons to a project, bring your knitting into the shop and hold them against it. It is the only reliable way, and far more fun than guessing from a screen.
