These are our own patterns, dreamed up and written by the Skein Sisters team. They really began at the counter – with the projects people kept coming in to ask for. A first baby blanket that's just right for a new knitter, an easy beanie to build your confidence, the simple, useful makes everyone wants on their needles.
So we started writing them ourselves. Each one is a lovely way to show off some of our favourite yarns in the shop, and most are gentle enough for someone just starting out – the kind of pattern you can follow with a cuppa beside you and finish feeling proud.
