Magic Cord Large

Tired of juggling waste yarn and stitch holders? Large Magic Cords by Skein Sisters make holding live stitches quick, clean and easy for knitting needles sized 6.5 mm and above.

These hollow silicone cords are soft, flexible and endlessly useful. Use them to place stitches on hold for sleeves, pockets or collars, for a provisional cast-on, or to extend your cables when trying on your garment. They grip securely and slide smoothly so you can keep your work tidy and stress free.

To use, push one end of the cord firmly onto your needle tip and slide your stitches onto the cord. Once in place, you can tie the cord ends together or use Locking Stitch Savers to hold everything securely. When you're ready to knit again, simply reverse the process to transfer stitches back onto your needle.

Each Large set includes three cords: 

• 2 x 75 cm 
• 1 x 150 cm

They come in a screw top aluminium tin with a clear lid so you can see what’s inside. Choose from a range of colours to suit your style or match your project bag.
