Why you'll love it

If you’ve fallen in love with Tunisian crochet and you’re ready to stretch your skills a little further, entrelac is such a satisfying next step. This clever technique creates interlocking blocks of fabric that look intricate and impressive – but once you understand how they’re constructed, it all clicks beautifully into place.

Together with Abbey you’ll explore how Tunisian entrelac can move beyond blankets and washcloths and into stunning, beautifully draped wearables. In this workshop, you’ll learn the construction method used in the Tessellate Me pattern series by Abbeymade, giving you a clear, practical framework you can build on long after class.

What You’ll Learn

  • How Tunisian entrelac blocks are constructed and connected

  • The specific construction method used in the Tessellate Me pattern series

  • How to build clean, consistent tessellated shapes

  • Tips for achieving smooth edges and balanced tension

You’ll complete two small practice projects during class to consolidate the technique. Students who wish to begin a Tessellated Sampler Cowl are welcome to start in class time.

Written materials are provided so you can continue confidently at home.

Class Highlights

  • Step-by-step guidance in a small, supportive group
