This iconic triangular shawl begins at the top centre with a garter tab cast on, then grows outward with simple increases to create a versatile and wearable accessory. The clean garter stitch fabric makes it ideal for showcasing tonal or lightly variegated yarns, and it’s easy to customise in size.

With just three 100g skeins of DK yarn, you can make a warm, cosy wrap, or choose two 100g skeins of 4ply for a lighter draping version. Once you’ve made one, it’s a fantastic blank canvas for experimenting with stripes, textures and colour combinations.
