Striped Sweater & Beanie Pattern 1557

This Striped Sweater/Jumper & Beanie knitting pattern is for a jaunty baby or toddler set, sized from 3 to 24 months. It will knit up quickly using DK weight / 8ply yarn on 4mm knitting needles.

Use this Striped Sweater & Beanie Pattern and a soft DK weight / 8ply yarn to knit this lovely little matching sweater/jumper and hat for babies and toddlers.

Choose from washable wool based yarns like Bellissimo 8 or Peppin 8 for winter, or for warmer weather try it in DK cotton Fiddlesticks Wren or wool-cotton blend Bellissimo Lucca.

• The sweater and hat are knitted flat and seamed.
• The sweater has a button fastening at the shoulder.
• The hat is decorated with two contrast pompoms.

Gauge: 22 sts to 10cm and 30 rows on stocking stitch, using 4mm needles. If you have fewer stitches in 10cm use smaller needles. If you have more stitches in 10cm use larger needles.

• Colour C3: mustard in image
• 4mm knitting needles. Needles can be your choice of straights or circulars.
