Suri Lacy Triangular Wrap Pattern 2114

Use this pattern for deliciously soft and fluffy Indiecita Baby Suri Silk Brushed yarn to knit a warm and soft triangular wrap / shawl by Alpaca Yarns. Suri Alpaca is a lace weight yarn which is incredibly soft to touch and gentle on the skin. Knitted on 4.5-5mm needles, the shawl will knit up quickly. The pattern is perfect for intermediate knitters and beyond, plus if you haven't tried lace before, it's a great first lace project.

The pattern is also suitable for knitting with other laceweight, fluffy yarns such as mohair, but always check your gauge to achieve the correct sizing.

One size fits all: the finished shawl is approximately 90cm from the top edge to the cast on point.

Gauge: 14 sts and 25.5 rows to 10cm on eyelet pattern, using 4.5mm or 5mm needles. If you have fewer stitches in 10cm use smaller needles. If you have more stitches in 10cm use larger needles.

• Indiecita Baby Suri Silk Brushed 25g/ball: 3 balls; colour used in image is 8195 Bright Pink
• 4.5mm-5mm knitting needles (whichever meets pattern gauge). We recommend a long circular needle as you will finish on the long edge with 201 stitches 
• tapestry needle for sewing in ends
