Curtis Cardigan Kit in Bellissimo 4

The Curtis 706 is the kind of cardigan you'll reach for again and again – a relaxed, boxy shape with a neat collar, a wide button band and bracelet-length sleeves. It's mostly easy stocking stitch with just enough rib detail to keep it interesting, so it's a lovely relaxing knit with a polished finish.

You can make Curtis in any of these four yarns:

• Fiddlesticks Peppin 4 – a 100% Australian fine merino with a lovely springy twist. Soft and shows off your stitches beautifully, a proper workhorse 4ply you'll come back to again and again.
• Bellissimo 4 – 100% extra-fine Australian merino, so smooth and soft it's gorgeous against the skin (yes, baby-knit soft), with just enough body to keep your stitches crisp and your cardigan holding its shape for years.
• Fiddlesticks Posie – a soft 4ply cotton with a pretty matte finish and lovely stitch definition. Gentle on the hands to knit and breathable to wear, it's perfect once the weather warms up.
• Bellissimo Airlie – a 4ply mercerised cotton with a delicate sheen and crisp stitch definition. It drapes beautifully and stays cool and breathable – made for easy summer layers.
