Why you'll love it

A garter stitch jacket with a soft collar and a matching hat, in six sizes from newborn up to four years, with the yarn and the printed pattern packed together in one parcel.

It is garter stitch the whole way through - no chart, nothing to keep track of beyond the shaping. Everything is knitted flat, so straight needles are all you need: the jacket is seamed, and the hat has a seam up the back.

New Zealand Possum Fusion 4ply is a blend of merino, possum and viscose. Possum fibre is hollow, so it holds warmth without weight - which is exactly what you want for something a small person has to agree to wear.
