Help! Take control & rescue your knitting by learning to troubleshoot and fix common knitting mistakes, so your finished projects look their beautiful best! Holes in your knitting, twisted, missed or dropped stitches, wrong number of stitches & more
Help! As knitters we've all had that sinking feeling when we realise we've gone wrong somewhere in a project... find out how to identify and fix those mistakes to rescue your knitting in this practical and enjoyable class.
You'll learn some incredibly useful techniques to work out where your stitches have gone wrong, and then the practical skills to fix mistakes without undoing your knitting.
You'll be able to identify and fix common mistakes including:
- dropped stitches
- too many or too few stitches
- wrong stitches (e.g. knit instead of purl)
- twisted stitches
- holes in your knitting
- missed increases or decreases
By the end of the class you'll have the confidence to ‘read’ your knitting to trouble-shoot and fix knitting problems (even when they're several rows down) so your knits will look and feel their beautiful best for years. You'll improve your knitting and ability to tackle future knitting projects.
There will be plenty of time to practice in class, ask questions and discuss your new skills with your class group.
