The Baby Blanket Kit Knit/Crochet - Woollen comes with all the yarn and the instructions you need to make this simple blanket that's perfect for the new baby on the way.
The kit comes with seven balls of Bellissimo - a beautifully soft 100% extra-fine merino which is sourced from Tasmania and spun in Italy - and includes both the knit and crochet versions of the pattern free.
You can choose from Bellissimo 4 (4ply) or Bellissimo 8 (8ply), and the weight of the yarn is shown in the colour name.
Our pattern includes instructions for both the knitted and the crochet versions. Make one or both! It's up to you.
Take a look at all our colour stories, or make up your own selection of Bellissimo colours and let us know that you'd like the pattern included with your purchase. The main image blanket pictured shows the Greys & Teals knitted version and there is a Grellow crochet sample swatch pictured also.
We also have a cotton version available in Fiddlesticks Wren and Finch for warmer weather.
Perfect if you're a beginner knitter to get you started, or when you need to make a present quickly! This blanket is also wonderful for pets!
- Dimensions: 91cm x 57cm. If you would like a bigger blanket, purchase 2 or more kits, as desired. Note 2 kits will double the length OR width but not both.

- Needle/hook size: Bellissimo 4 - 3.25mm or 3.5mm (not included)
- Care: Machine washable
Note: If you are a beginner or tend to have tighter gauge, use larger needles/hook; if you are a looser knitter/crocheter try the smaller needles/hook.

We have loads of stock of Bellissimo 4 & 8 available, but it's not all at our shop. We have a shipment arriving at the store every couple of days to cover all your orders, but it does mean it make take a few days to be on its way to you. Please be assured that we'll have your order packed and out the door as quickly as we can.
